Health can be fun! Mostly, nowadays, it is just confusing to parents. And people get passionate about it! It does require more conscious intention these days. It also takes a lot to peel away the layers of information. So that you know, the perspective I come from is that we are out of balance with how we support our natural , everyday health. If we can save on our health care bills by naturally supporting ourselves, yeah! I happen to ALSO think that history has proved western medicine to be worthwhile.
With a general understanding about the requirements of our human biology and mechanics, as well as the big health influencers, we can take the best of it all. We have the right and responsibility to support ourselves healthily, and, to require the support of the government, business and healthcare community. Here’s to the exploration of healthy child development!
